We started with a simple idea: what if a bakery actually tasted like a bakery? Not the stuff that sat on a shelf, but the kind of thing that comes out of the oven warm, smells like Saturday morning, and makes you want to pull up a chair and stay a while.

Everything we make is from scratch. Our butter is real. Our flour is good. And we'd rather turn away a hungry customer than serve something we're not proud of. That's the standard, every single day.
